• played one season with the Florida Gators, seeing action in 16 games.
• averaged 2.3 points and 1.9 rebounds per contest while shooting 52 percent from the floor.

• scored a season-high eight points against Coastal Carolina and also had a season-high eight rebounds.

• averaged 22.2 points and 10.7 rebounds and 2.1 blocks per game his senior year.
• recorded season highs of 36 points, 17 rebounds and six blocked shots.
• averaged 14.4 points and 7.2 rebounds as a junior for undefeated Oak Hill Academy, the high school national champions.
• connected on 231 of 283 shots from the floor, good for 81.6 percent. 
• was teammates with DeSagana Diop, a first-round draft pick by Cleveland, at Oak Hill Academy.
• scored 26 points in a prep matchup with Amare Stoudemire, a 2002 first-round selection of the Phoenix Suns.
• averaged 17.4 points per game as a sophomore at Southern Durham High School.
• was named first-team all-area by the Durham Herald Sun as a sophomore.
• also considered North Carolina, Indiana, Wake Forest, Missouri, Clemson, Florida State and N.C. State coming out of high school.
