PRIOR TO FLORIDA:
  • Previously swam for the University of Arizona
  • Competed at the 2017 World University Games for Team USA, swimming in the men’s 200m IM and the men’s 4x200m FR
  • He won gold in the free relay after swimming for the US in the preliminary round, posting a team time of 7:19.25
  • Finished 14th overall in the 200m IM semifinal, finishing with a time of 2:02.28
  • Participated in the US Open Championships, swimming in the 400m IM, 200m free, 100m breast, 100m back, 200m IM and 50m free
  • Best finish was a seventh place finish in the 400m IM, swimming a 4:23.48 to earn his place on the podium
  • Competed in the Phillips 66 National Championships, earning an eighth place finish in the 200m IM (2:01.26)

  • Was team captain his senior year and MVP his freshman, sophomore and senior year
  • Made the All-Conference, All-City, All-District, All-Region and All-State teams all four years
