- In the first championship final of his career, he finished sixth overall in the 100 breast with a career-best time of 47.18
- Posted an personal-best time of 1:55.13 in the consolation final of the 200 breast to finish 10th overall
- Placed 40th in the 200 IM with a time of 1:48.98
- Finished the season with five individual wins
- Notched B-cuts in the 100 breast (52.89), 200 breast (1:55.13) and 200 IM (1:48.73)
