Career Honors: FCCAA All-Academic Team (2001-02), First Team Mid-Florida Conference (2002) As a Junior (2003): Made Florida debut at the Getterman Classic hosted by Baylor (Texas) vs. Texas-Arlington Jan. 31, as a pinch hitter ... During the 2003 GRU Classic scored a run as a pinch runner in both the Illinois-Chicago and South Florida games ... Recorded two runs scored, one stolen base, and one at-bat in the Gator Invitational ... Scored a run in two of the three games in the series at Kentucky ... Hit her first home run of the season -- a game-winning two-run shot down the left field line -- at No. 22 South Florida April 2 ... Started as the designated player in the opening game of the doubleheader against in-state rival No. 13 Florida State, setting a career-high three at bats ... Had her second hit of the season, another home run, in the loss to Mississippi State ... Had a hit in her only at bat in the first game of the LSU series ... started the first two games of the SEC Tournament as the designated player.
