As a Sophomore 1998: A member of the track team added to the softball team for her speed ... played in 14 games with no at bats, but scored 13 runs as a pinch runner ... stole six bases.

 

High School: An accomplished track athlete ... named four-time most valuable sprinter ... set school records in the triple jump, high hurdles and heptathlon ... earned four varsity letters in volleyball, track and orchestra ... ranked first in the state in the hurdles in 1995 after only competing in that event for a year.
