Responsibilities: Serena is directly responsible for every facet of women’s basketball. As the lead administrator, she smoothly facilitates the program so that every comparative aspect and detail is representative of the gold standard amongst women’s programs across the nation.

Prior to UF: Upon entering UF in July 2004, Serena began her tenure with Women’s Basketball as a Basketball Manager. After earning her undergraduate degree in 2008, she continued gaining valuable skills and expertise as a Graduate Assistant, serving as the Head Manager for the 2008-09 and 2009-10 seasons.

Joined UF Staff: Serena was hired as an official member of the staff in August 2010. Motivated and steadfast in her career path, after three years of superlative and devoted service, Serena was promoted to Director of Basketball Operations in August 2013.

Education: B.S. in Sport Management (University of Florida, 2008); Master's in Tourism, Parks and Recreation (University of Florida, 2010)

Hometown: Port Orange, Florida

Behind the Stats: As to her interests outside of women’s basketball, Serena is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and enjoys traveling, watching sports, designing, meeting new and interesting people, and attending Gator athletic and cultural events.
