At Florida
2015-16:
NCAA Championships: One of two Florida freshmen on the women’s team to compete at the NCAA Meet... Competed as a member of the 200 Free Relay team (1:29.95) that placed 19th and the 400-Yard Freestyle Relay squad (3:15.34) that finished 13th in the prelims with Pulte’s leadoff split of 23.73… SEC Championships: Posted season-best times in the ‘C’ finals of the 100 (49.84) and 200 Free (1:47.33)… Anchored all relays she participated in, including the third-finishing 400-yard Freestyle Relay (3:14.49), sixth-place finishing 200-yard Freestyle Relay (1:29.97) and 10th-place finishing 200-yard Medley Relay (1:40.18)… Participated in all nine regular-season meets… Clocked a season-best in the 500-yard freestyle at the Ohio State Invitational with a 4:50.13… Posted season-bests in the All Florida Invitational’s 100 (59.03) and 200-yard Backstroke (2:07.25) and against South Carolina in the 100-yard Fly (55.95) and 200 Individual Medley (2:05.72)… Competed in all 10 regular-season duals and tallied eight wins on the season (one individual)… Honors: Named to All-SEC Second Team…
Prior to Florida:
According to CollegeSwimming.com, Pulte is the No. 5-ranked recruit in the state of Michigan and is the No. 71 overall swimmer in Class of 2015. In the pool, she is a three-time Michigan high school all-state performer and was a 2013 state champion in the 100 (record holder) and 200 freestyle races. In addition to being the named the MVP of her high school team the previous two years and being the captain of their squad this season, Pulte has competed on the national level as well. Pulte is a USA Short Course & Long Course, USA Junior National and USA Open qualifier in multiple events over the previous three years. In the classroom, she carries a 3.99 grade point average, is a member of National Honor Society and is a two-time USA Scholastic All-American.
