Men's Swimmers Compete In Last Chance Meet

Sophomore swimmers Ian Chadsey (Reston, Va./Flint Hill Prep) and Ricardo Molari (Westport, Conn./Bolles) competed in the James E. Martin Invitational, a last chance for swimmers to qualify for the NCAA Championships, at the James E. Martin Aquatic Center on Saturday.
Chadsey's time of 2:01.15 in the preliminaries of the 200-yard breaststroke met the provisional NCAA Qualifying Standard for the event. Molari met the provisional standard for the 200-yard freestyle with his time of 1:38.67.
The Florida men's divers will be competing in the NCAA Diving Zones in Athens, Ga., March 10-12. The men's swimming and diving team will compete in the NCAA Championships in College Station, Texas, March 22-24.
