
Four Gators Earn All-SEC Honors

Hammons, Kellum, Kramer named All-SEC; Hall named to SEC All-Freshmen Team
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Florida placed four student-athletes on this year's Southeastern Conference Team, as announced by the league on Sunday.
Paige Hammons, Taelor Kellum and Rachael Kramer each earned a spot on the All-SEC Team, while Thayer Hall was named to the SEC All-Freshmen Team.
This is Kramer's third SEC honor – she was named to the All-Freshman Team in 2016 and earned All-SEC accolades last season.
Hammons, Kellum and Hall earned the first SEC honors of their respective careers.
A breakdown of each honoree's accolades are below:

Thayer Hall
- Averaged 2.97 kills per set and 1.93 digs per set during her freshman season
- Posted double-figure kills in 16 of the 23 matches she played in
- Became the first Gator freshman in the Mary-Wise era to record at least 20 kills in a collegiate debut (20 vs. Nebraska)
- Recorded 53 kills during the first three matches of the season, becoming the first freshmen to reach the 50-kill milestone in three matches.
- Against FIU on Sept. 14, she went on an 18-point service run, the longest in the rally-scoring era for Florida
- Two-time SEC Freshman of the Week (8/27), (10/1)
- Posted double-figure kills in seven matches this season
- Leads the team in service aces with 32
- During conference play, she was averaging 0.35 services aces per set, good for 8th in the league
- Sits third on the team in digs, recording 231 during the regular season
- Ranks 68th in the nation and sixth in the SEC in hitting percentage (.352)
- Sits third in the league and 76th in the nation in blocks per set (1.17)
- Became the Florida first player to record 13 blocks in a match since Kelsey Bowers on Oct. 29, 2006
- Named SEC Player of the Week on Oct. 8
- Three-time SEC Defensive Player of the Week (9/17), (10/8), (10/22)
- Ranks 55th in the nation and fifth in the SEC in hitting percentage (.357)
- Sits first in the league and 21st in the nation in blocks per set (1.38)
- Posted double-figure kills in 11 matches this season
