GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The No. 13 Florida volleyball team welcomes South Carolina to Exactech Arena for a midweek matchup.
First serve is slated for 8 p.m. on the SEC Network with Missy Whittemore and Tiffany Greene on the call.
The Gators are coming off a five-set win against Texas A&M, while South Carolina topped Arkansas in a five-set decision on Sunday.
Florida is ranked in the top-3 in three different categories in the SEC: hitting percentage (2nd, .261); opponent hitting efficiency (2nd, .166) and blocks per set (1st, 2.79).
Individually, Thayer Hall is ranked sixth in points per set (4.35), fifth in service aces per set (0.33) and seventh in kills per set (3.69).
Marlie Monserez sits fifth in the conference with 9.74 assists per set, while Allie Gregory is fifth in digs per set, averaging 4.14.
Lauren Dooley is ranked second in blocks per set, averaging 1.28 and Paige Hammons is also ranked sixth in service aces per set, registering 0.32 through the season thus far.
In conference play, the Gators are ranked first in blocks per set (3.25) and second in opponent hitting percentage (.162). Rachael Kramer is second in the league in hitting percentage (.397) and Lauren Dooley is second in blocks per set, averaging 1.55.
In the last meeting, the Gators won the 3-0 decision in Gainesville, Fla. (25-21, 25-22, 25-16).
The Gators were led offensively by Paige Hammons, who registered 13 kills during the match. Rachael Kramer, Taelor Kellum and Holly Carlton all pitched in eight kills of their own.
Carlton (.467), Kellum (.467) and Kramer (.400) all hit over .400 in the match.
Allie Monserez led the Gators in setting, dishing out 26 assists on the evening. Marlie Monserez added 13 of her own as well.
Allie Gregory controlled the backcourt defense for Florida, posting 17 digs during the match. Gregory has led the Gators in digs 27 times this season.
As a team, Florida collect 11 blocks, including a team-best from five from Rachael Kramer. Paige Hammons and Mia Sokolowski each added four blocks as well.
