Two Gator Soccer Players Receive Diplomas Saturday

Carina Baltrip-Reyes and Alyssa Howell are now Gator grads!
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – A pair of Gator soccer players finished their undergraduate degrees this fall. The duo received their diplomas Saturday morning at University of Florida commencement ceremonies held in the Exactech Arena at the Stephen C. O'Connell Center

Here's some more highlights for the fall 2019 Gator soccer grads:
- Howell was part of 2015 Southeastern Conference championship team. Florida also won the 2015 and 2016 SEC Tournament titles.
- Florida advanced to NCAA action in 2016, 2017 and 2018, with the 2017 team reaching the NCAA Quarterfinal.
- Baltrip-Reyes joined the Gators for the 2018 season. She has led Gator field players with her average of more than 89 minutes per match over the 2018 and 2019 seasons.
- Howell is a three-time Academic All-SEC recipient. Baltrip-Reyes joined her on the 2018 list in the first season she was eligible.
- Baltrip-Reyes adds a SEC Graduate patch to her uniform for the 2020 season. She will play her third and final season while pursuing a sports management master's degree.
