Gators Close Out Day Two of Southern Highlands

LAS VEGAS – The Florida Gators men's golf team will be looking to improve their standings heading into the final day of the Southern Highlands Invitational Tuesday.
Round two proved to be another tough one for the Gators, as they finished the day in 14 th and unable to recover from early bogey trouble. Three birdies on the back nine from sophomore Chris Nido and two on the back nine from both senior Gordon Neale and John Axelsen allowed for a quick jump to the 12 spot.
Florida has one more round tomorrow to improve their standings and finish strong.
