Taylor to deliver speech at UF HHP virtual commencement

A two-time Olympic medalist and four-time NCAA champion, Taylor earned his degree at UF in 2019
 
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Gators standout and Olympic gold medalist Christian Taylor will address the graduating class of 2020 Saturday during the University of Florida College of Health & Human Performance's virtual commencement.
 
Taylor, who graduated from the college in 2019, competed at UF from 2009 to 2011, where he was a 14-time All American and collected four NCAA individual titles, along with nine SEC crowns. Since leaving UF, the Gator Great has showcased his talents on the world's biggest stages, collecting triple jump gold medals at the 2012 and 2016 Olympics and four world championships.
 
The virtual ceremony is scheduled to begin at 3 p.m. on Saturday and it will be streamed on Facebook, YouTube and the UF HPP's official webpage.
