CLEMSON, S.C. – Florida's quarter-miler Taylor Manson entered the school's All-Time Top 10 list for the second time this year on Saturday, as the Gators closed their last indoor non-championship weekend of the season in Clemson.
Manson posted a new personal-best time of 23.49 seconds in the 200, which is the 10th-fastest in school history. The junior sprinter, who also ranks 10th on UF's All-Time Top 10 list in the 400 meters, is the only Gator this year to have posted times that rank in the school's top 10 for two separate events.
Fellow sprinter Doneisha Anderson, who established herself as the NCAA leader in the 400 Friday afternoon, added to her impressive performance in Clemson on Saturday. The sophomore followed Manson in the 200 with a 23.68-second time, topping her personal record by 0.10 seconds.
The two quarter-milers closed their weekend performances competing in Florida's 4x400 relays, which crossed in 3:34.94.
