BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Anna Hall and Jasmine Moore made history on the first day of the 2022 NCAA Indoor Championships after taking home Florida's first-ever NCAA Indoor individual women's titles in the Pentathlon and Long Jump respectively.
The duo scored 20 team points, to pair with Claire Bryant's two points in the Long Jump, to put the Gators in the team lead on the women's side heading into Saturday.
Hall built a solid lead through four events in the Pentathlon including a personal best of 8.25 in the 60-meter hurdles and a clearance of 1.81m in the High Jump. To close out the event, she ran 2:08.75 in the 800 meters for a final score of 4586.
