FORMAT
The NCAA Regional format includes three rounds of stroke play over three days of competition. Earlier this year, the NCAA announced the expansion from four to six regional sites, matching the same amount on the men's side. At the conclusion of play, the top four teams and two individuals from non-qualifying teams will advance to the NCAA Championships, set to begin on May 20 at Grayhawk Golf Club in Scottsdale, Ariz.
TOURNAMENT HISTORY
The Gators have qualified for 28 of the 29 all-time women's golf regionals as they were introduced in 1993 - the only year missed was 1999. Florida has made every regional since 2000 and each year under head coach Emily Glaser. The program has won three titles with the first in 2008 and back-to-back in 2016 and 2017, to tie for 10th all-time with Vanderbilt. Kelly Grassel claimed the program's first individual regional title in 2017 at the Columbus Regional.

Florida head women's golf coach Emily Glaser was named to the watch list for the 2021-22 Division I Jackie Steinmann Women's Golf Coaches Association National Coach of the Year Presented by Golf Pride. The award is recognized as the highest annual coaching honor in women's collegiate golf.
In her 10th season, the Gators have won 27 tournament titles, which ranks second all-time. Under Glaser, Florida has claimed one every season and multiple six times, including seven in 2015-16 and six the next season (2016-17). The program has advanced to the NCAA Regionals each year and six NCAA Championships.
THE BIG STAGE
For the third time in her career, Annabell Fuller was selected to the Great Britain and Ireland team for the 2022 Curtis Cup. She has competed in the event twice in 2018 and 2021. Last summer, the event was held at Conway Golf Club in Wales after the 2020 schedule tournament was canceled due to COVID-19. The Gator helped win three points in fourball action including two 4&3 victories.
Prior to regional play, Fuller also qualified for her second major championship, the U.S. Open last week at Mark Bostick Golf Course.
