GAINESVILLE, Fla.— Florida is on the road this weekend and will face No. 54 Mississippi State and No. 21 Alabama. The Gators will see the Bulldogs on Friday at 4 p.m. ET, and will then battle the Crimson Tide on Sunday at 12 p.m. ET.

GATORS LAST TIME OUT
Florida heads on the road after splitting their homestand against Texas and Texas A&M. The Gators earned their first conference win at home against then-No. 9 Texas defeating them 4-3 on Friday evening.
The Gators then faced a tough challenge on Sunday afternoon, as they were defeated 4-0 by the No. 3 ranked Texas A&M Aggies. Due to weather, the match was played entirely in singles. UF was unable to capture a point against the powerhouse Aggies falling 4-0.
ABOUT THE OPPONENTS:
The Bulldogs are in search of their first win of conference play after going 5-0. Despite boasting a No. 59 ITA Team ranking, Mississippi State has no ranked singles or doubles players.
Alabama is currently 3-2 in conference action and holds an impressive 7-1 record this year when playing on their home courts. The Crimson Tide has only one ranked singles player, No. 79 Petra Sedlackova, and has no ranked doubles pairs.
