2018: Received a medical hardship following the season due an injury… Made his collegiate debut in Florida’s season opener against Charleston Southern, but did not record any stats… 2017: Did not appear in a game and redshirted.
 
PRIOR TO FLORIDA:
Helped the Panthers to the 2016 FHSAA Class 8A state championship game, where he totaled four tackles and a pass breakup… In his senior season, he totaled 96 tackles (15 for loss), forced three fumbles, recovered a fumble and intercepted a pass… Named to the 2016 Florida All-State Class 8A Third-Team Defensive Squad… Selected to the 2016 All-Central Florida Football First Team… Also played basketball at Dr. Phillips… His father, Fernando, played eight seasons as defensive end in the NFL for the Panthers, Rams, Ravens, Jaguars and Vikings (1994-2001) out of Jackson State… Played for coach Rodney Wells.
