First team Class 6A All State…Rated the 17th best strongside defensive end in the nation by Rivals.com and the 64th best defensive tackle prospect in the country by TheInsiders.com…Recorded 80 tackles for the Tigers and had 10.5 sacks as a senior...He also forced four fumbles and recovered two…As a junior he made 50 tackles and recorded 12 sacks, which earned him second team all-county honors…Helped lead the squad to a 14-1 (9-1 regular season) record in 2002 and the Florida Class 5-A state title as he had two sacks in the championship game…Coached by Steve Davis…Also considered Virginia Tech and North Carolina State and Pittsburgh….
