Responsibilities:
Prior to UF:
Joined UF Staff: Allison first joined the Gator basketball staff in August of 2016, as an assistant video coordinator and held that role until January of 2017, when she assumed the title of Graduate Assistant while continuing her duties with the video crew and began her current responsibilities.

Behind the Stats:
- Assist coaches in all practices and workouts, delegate team manager duties, manage equipment and prepare for recruiting visits.
- Watch film on opponent teams, create playbooks on FastDraw, produce scouting reports with an assistant coach and generate slides to present to players.
Prior to UF:
- Southeastern University (August 2015-16): Game Management Worker - Executed various game day duties for football, volleyball, soccer and softball; managed game day staff, inventory and game operations.
- Florida Southern College (October 2012-May 2015): Athlete Tutor & Game Management Worker - Tutored student-athletes in Anatomy and Physiology of the human body; provided support to the assistant Athletic Director
- Chicago Vizion Basketball Club (Summers of 2013-16): Head Basketball Coach, Skills Trainer and Summer Camp Leader - Coached teams of basketball players ages 15-18, scheduled tournaments throughout the Midwest U.S. and led bi-weekly practices, personal trainings, and summer camps
