Men's Tennis Continues Play at Seminole Invitational

The University of Florida men's tennis team continued action on the second day of the Seminole Invitational hosted by Florida State University in Tallahassee, Fla., on Saturday.
Junior Erik Corace (Naples) highlighted the Gator action with two singles wins, defeating teammate freshman William Federhofer (North Miami) as well as UAB's Danny Manlow. Corace will play in the final on Sunday, attempting to become the third consecutive Gator to win the Seminole Invitational.
No.117 Johnny Hamui (Wesley Chapel) and senior Daniel Cash (Oslo, Norway) each fell in their only matches of the day. All Gators competed in the Singles “A” Draw.
In doubles action, Hamui and Cash won their match, 8-2, against North Florida's Moritz Buercher and Kurt Gattiker to earn a spot in the semifinals.
The Seminole Invitational action wraps up Sunday.
