Gators to compete in 6 events
ATLANTA -- The University of Florida women's swimming and diving teams will compete in Day Two competition at the 2016 NCAA Championships today. Nine Gators are currently scheduled to compete across four individual events. In addition, the Blue and Orange will compete in the 200-Yard Freestyle, and 400-Yard Medley Relay events (lineup is TBD).

Who Competes Today:
1-Meter Diving
Kahlia Warner
- Warner was the 2016 SEC 1-Meter Champion (346.10).
- Won the 1-Meter Title at the 2016 Zone Diving Championships with a 12-dive score of 657.10 (321.05 / 336.05).
- 1-Meter All-American at the 2015 NCAA Championships (6th, 321.75).
500-Yard Freestyle
Jessica Thielmann
- Ranks 15th Nationally in the event (4:39.76).
- Career-best time ranks third in UF history (4:36.62).
- Finished fifth in the event at the 2015 NCAA Championships (4:37.37).
Taylor Katz
- Ranks 49th Nationally in the event (4:43.74).
- Notched a career-best time at the 2015 NCAA Championships (4:42.49) and finished 42nd overall.
- Also qualified as a freshman and finished 56th overall (4:48.22).
Amelia Maughan
- Ranks 59th Nationally in the event (4:45.21).
- Finished 54th overall at the 2015 NCAA Championships, clocking a time of 4:54.50.
- Posted a time of 4:48.61 at the SEC Championships and finished 32nd among the field.
Autumn Finke
- Ranks 64th Nationally in the event (4:45.69).
- Placed 14th at the 2016 SEC Championships, registering a time of 4:46.69.
- Finished 45th at the 2015 NCAA Championships, clocking a time of 4:46.32.
200-Yard IM
Ashlee Linn
- Ranks 37th Nationally in the event (1:57.76).
- Finished 11th at the 2016 SEC Championships, posting a time of 1:57.76.
- Career-best time (1:56.40) ranks fifth all-time at UF.
Hannah Burns
- Makes her NCAA debut in the event.
- Ranks 52nd Nationally in the event (1:58.58).
- Boasts eight wins in her freshman campaign.
Georgia Hohmann
- Ranks 55th Nationally in the event (1:58.75).
- Clocked a career-best 1:57.95 at the NCAA Championships last year (26th-place).
- Finished 35th at the SEC Championships (2:00.45).
50-Yard Freestyle
Natalie Hinds
- Finished fourth at the 2016 SEC Championships (22.06).
- Ranks 8th Nationally this season 21.92.
- Set a UF record after finishing ninth at the 2014 NCAA Championships (21.66).
200-Yard Freestyle Relay
- The Gators currently rank 22nd nationally with a season-best time of 1:29.76.
- Finished 6th at the 2016 SEC Championships (1:29.97).
- Finished 20th a season ago at the 2015 NCAA Championships (1:29.29).
400-Yard Medley Relay
- The Gators currently rank 22nd Nationally in the event (3:34.52).
- The Gators finished 10th at the 2016 SEC Championships in the event, clocking a time of 3:38.60.
- UF finished 29th a season ago, touching out with a time of 3:36.65.
