Florida looks to keep itself in the mix for a top-four seed in the NCAA Tournament this weekend
GAINESVILLE, Fla. – Florida, still at No. 4 in the AVCA Top 25 and No. 3 in the NCAA RPI, returns home following a three-match road trip. The Gators will face Arkansas Friday night and Missouri Sunday afternoon, which will also be senior day.
Florida continues to be the only team in the nation with three wins over current top-eight teams in the RPI, and it also sits atop the Southeastern Conference standings with Kentucky—both are 12-1 in league play.
Earlier this week, senior outside hitter Carli Snyder was named the espnW and SEC Player of the Week, while three-time All-American Rhamat Alhassan collected her third consecutive SEC Defensive Player of the Week award.
