GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Florida men's tennis team is hosting Texas Christian University for a midweek contest of ranked teams. The match between the Gators and Horned Frogs is set to begin at 6 p.m. on Wednesday at the Alfred A. Ring Tennis Complex.

Gator Notes
• Florida enters the midweek match with an 8-5 overall record and a 3-1 record in the SEC
• This will be the Gators 10th opponent this season that is ranked in the ITA rankings. Against ranked teams this season Florida is 4-5
• Freshman Oliver Crawford has been on a roll since SEC play has started. Crawford is currently on a five-match singles win streak and a three-match doubles win streak. He is 7-3 in singles and 9-3 in doubles
• Alfredo Perez and Johannes Ingildsen are 5-1 overall in dual doubles matches and 1-0 against nationally ranked doubles teams
• When winning the doubles point this season the Gators are 7-1
• When Florida has won at No. 1 singles they are 6-0 and when winning at No. 4 singles they are 5-0 this season
• Chase Perez-Blanco is three singles wins away from 86 which would put him in a tie for 10th all-time at Florida with Mike Alford (2011-14)
• Perez-Blanco is tied for eighth on the all-time doubles win list with 83. He needs four more to move into a tie for sixth with Olivier Levant (2010-13)
• Perez-Blanco has 166 career doubles and singles win. He is four total wins away from moving into a tie for 10th in Florida history

History vs TCU
• The series is tied at two matches apiece
• The last meeting between the two schools was back in 2014, a 4-2 victory in Gainesville
• The Gators have won two straight against the Horned Frogs, both of which were played in Gainesville
• The first two meetings were TCU wins in 1996 and 1996 on a neutral court
• Prior to the 2014 meeting, the last matchup was a 5-2 win in 2005

Scouting TCU
• TCU enters the match with 7-3 overall record, including a 2-2 record when playing on the road
• The Horned Frogs will play No. 12 Duke in Lake Nona the day before traveling to Gainesville
• The three losses for TCU are against San Diego, No. 3 North Carolina, and No. 9 Illinois
• TCU has three ranked singles athletes: No. 30 Alastair Gray, No. 32 Alex Rybakov and No. 72 Trevor Johnson. In doubles, they have two ranked teams: No. 20 Gray/Rybakov and No. 41 Rybakov/Guillermo Nunez
• Rybakov has a 6-1 record at No. 1 singles and a 1-0 record a No. 2
