
No. 1 Florida Competes in SEC Tournament on Wednesday Night

Gators enter 13-team tournament in the quarterfinal round
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – No. 1 Florida (18-1, 12-0 SEC) is scheduled to open up play in the Southeastern Conference Men's Tennis Tournament on Wednesday at 7 p.m. ET against No. 17 Mississippi State (16-8, 5-7 SEC) at the Billingsley Tennis Center.
During the regular season, UF defeated Mississippi State, 7-0, en route to going undefeated conference play and winning the SEC regular season title.
Florida closed out the regular season on a 15-match winning streak.
If the Gators win on Wednesday, they would then be scheduled to play in the semifinal on Thursday at 4 p.m. ET and then the final on Friday at 12:30 p.m. ET. The final will be televised live on SEC Network.
