
Gators Face No. 15 Texas A&M in Weekend Battle

UF is looking to regroup after suffering back-to-back losses
COLLEGE STATION, TX. β The Gators conclude their time on the road on Saturday with another top-25 battle as they face No. 15 Texas A&M at the Mitchell Tennis Center. Doubles is slated to begin at 2 p.m. with singles following immediately after.
Florida moved to an 8-6 overall record, and 3-2 in conference play. The all-time series between UF and Texas A&M is in favor of the Aggies at 10-11. The last time the teams met was March 1, 2024 at the Alfred A. Ring Tennis Complex. The Orange and Blue displayed a dominant performance securing the match 4-0.

The Gators last contest was a 4-0 loss to No. 16 Oklahoma in Sooners territory. Florida could not clinch the doubles point and was left winless in the singles category.
The Aggies enter Saturday's match with a 9-5 overall record and 3-1 in the SEC. Texas A&M is coming off a 5-2 win over the Auburn Tigers.
Texas A&M has two singles players in the ITA rankings: No. 38 Theo Papamalamis and No. 45 JC Roddick. The Aggies are also represented in doubles with: Β No. 27 Luke Casper and Togan Tokac, No. 46 Tokac and Giulio Perego, and No. 52 Tokac and Papamalamis.
