  • Notched a win over No. 23 Vanessa Wong of Washington in the NCAA Singles Championship before falling to No. 49 Kelly Chen of Duke in the round of 32
  • Advanced to the round of 16 in the NCAA Doubles Championship with Marlee Zein, recording a victory over No. 13 Raven Neely and Tatiana Simova (Louisville) before dropping a decision to No. 17 Sofia Munera and Natasha Subhash (Virginia)

  • Kessler, who wrapped up the season on a seven-match winning streak, collected seven victories over ranked opponents and her steady performance helped the Gators secure seven-straight wins to close out the year and a 10-3 finish in the SEC
  • Entered the season ranked No. 32 and continued to climb the charts as the year progressed, finishing at No. 8 in the final rankings
  • After falling to UGA’s Katarina Jokic on March 5, Kessler put together a dominant run, winning seven-consecutive matches all in straight sets
  • In doubles, Kessler was just as impactful as she combined with Marlee Zein to form Florida’s top-ranked duo
  • Kessler and Zein compiled a 11-6 record in dual match play and rose to as to as high as No. 2 in the ITA doubles rankings
  • The tandem finished No. 7 in the ITA doubles rankings
  • The duo posted five wins over ranked foes including two top 15 wins during the SEC circuit
  • After losses at Georgia and Tennessee, the Gators’ record stood at 5-6, but thanks in large part to the leadership and production from Kessler, Florida turned the season around and won its final seven matches
2019-20 Season

  • Finished the shortened season with a team-best 21 victories
  • Posted a 21-12 overall record which included a 5-3 mark in dual match play
  • Collected five-straight wins to open the fall season
  • Advanced all the way to the W15 Lubbock’s quarterfinal round with her five-consecutive wins, claiming seven-straight sets a point and going a perfect 3-0 in deciding tiebreaks
  • Crowned the ITA Southeast Regional Singles Champion after recording a 6-0 record in the event
  • Appeared in the Southeast Regional Singles Championship for the second-straight season
  • Six of her nine losses in the fall came against ranked foes
  • Maintained an ITA singles ranking throughout the entire season, peaking at No. 23 in the preseason issue
  • Opened the dual match campaign with a victory over Oklahoma’s Martina Capurro who was ranked No. 87 at the time
  • After dropping back-to-back matches, registered wins in four of her final five matches
