Why UF?
Attending the University of Florida has and continues to shape me into the woman that I am today. Its positive and encouraging atmosphere where I am constantly surrounded by driven individuals has pushed me to pursue my diverse interests and to say “yes” to every opportunity given to me. The community that I have and continue to pour into at UF specifically is so beautiful and is something that I have cherished during my duration at the school. The academic rigor, along with the special opportunity to continue dancing on the Dazzlers dance team, are only a few of the reasons why I love UF.What movie character do you relate to and why?
A movie character that I resonate with is the Lorax! He is motivated by what he loves and is passionate about, and in the same way he "speaks for the trees," I consistently seek to strengthen and pour into what I love, like my relationships.What legacy do you hope to leave for future Dazzlers?
The legacy that I hope to leave on this team involves one embodied with positivity and selflessness. Being a light to one another in the dance space, as well as once we walk out of our practice doors, is what makes this team dynamic so much special.
