2019: Did not appear in a game … Joined the team as a walk-on in the fall of 2019.
Prior to Florida: Helped St. Thomas Aquinas to the 2018 FHSAA Class 7A State Championships, finishing as runner up after a 13-2 season… Completed 67 percent of his passes with nine touchdowns and no interceptions as a senior… Selected to the 2018 Broward County All-Star Game… Received the 2018 FHSAA Class 7A Scholar Athlete Award and the 2018-19 Miami Dolphins Scholar Athlete Award… Two-time Maxpreps Offensive Player of the Game… Also competed in lacrosse, becoming a three-time letterwinner… Named to the 2019 First Team All-County and First-Team All-Region for lacrosse, and helped St. Thomas Aquinas to the 2017 State Championships, finishing in second place.
Mother, Heidi Anderson, played volleyball at UF and finished her career with 4,855 assists, which at the time ranked first in Florida volleyball history. She averaged 10.89 assists per game over the course of her career and served 169 aces, which at the time of her graduation ranked second all-time at UF. She was a second-team All-America selection by the AVCA in 1992 and earned Academic All-America recognition each of her last two seasons.
