- Ended his season by clocking career-best times in two events (500 free, 1650 free) at Florida’s Last Chance Meet
- Placed second in the 1000 freestyle event in UF’s dual meets against Florida State and Tennessee
- Finished runner-up in the 500 free at the Georgia Tech Invitational with a time of 4:26.85
- Made his UF debut in at the Pinch-A-Penny All-Florida Invitational where he competed in multiple events and captured his collegiate individual event victory in the 1650-yard freestyle with a time of 15:50.76

- Competed in the 2017 USA Swimming Open Water Championships, placing 14th in the 10,000m Free with a time of 121:44.05 and 28th in the 5,000m Free race with a time of 60:03.81
- Competed in the 2016 United States Olumpic Trials, placing 53rd in both the 400m Free and 1500m Free
- Posted a time of 3:58.85 in the 400m Free, while recording a time of 15:46.77 in the 1500m Free
- At the 2015 Phillips 66 National Championships, he finished 54th in the 1500m Free with a time of 15:59.55
