- Member of the 2018 SEC Championship-winning team, scoring points in three of his events
- Won silver in the 200 FR after the team recorded a time of 1:16.59 and he swam a split of 19.77
- Finished eighth overall in the 50 free, with a time of 19.68
- Posted a 22nd-place finish in the 100 free, swimming a 44.29

- Ended his season by clocking four season-best times at the Bulldog Invitational
- Logged season-best marks in the 50 free (20.21) and 100 free (44.46) events, in addition to a pair of career-best times in the meet
- Touched the wall with personal record-setting times in the 200 free (1:38.80) and 100 breast (55.40)
- Opened the season on a high note, swimming to a 200 free relay win at the All-Florida Invitational with a time of 1:19.61

Regular Season
- Ended his season by clocking career-best times in three events (50 free, 100 free, 100 breast) at Florida’s Last Chance Meet
- Was a member of UF’s first place 200 free relay team and placed fourth in the 50 free in a time of 20.33 seconds at the Georgia Tech Invitational
- Captured a pair of third-place finishes in the 50 (21.03) and 100 (47.10) free races in a dual meet at Kentucky
- Was a member of UF’s first-place 200 medley relay team in a dual meet against LSU
- Made his UF debut at the Pinch-A-Penny All-Florida Invitational where he competed in multiple events and recorded his best finish in the 100 free prelims, as he placed 10th in 46.51

- Competed in the 17th FINA World Championships in July, racing in the 50m free and 100m free
- Posted a time of 23.30 in the 50m free, good for 59th place and finished 63rd in the 100m free, finishing with a time of 51.39
- Raced at the 2017 Arena Pro Swim Series in Mesa, swimming in the 50m and 100m free
- Recorded a time of 22.85 in the 50m free and posted a time of 50.84 in the 100m free.
