- Member of the 2017 SEC championship-winning team, finishing third in the 200 breast B-final, eighth in the 400 IM B-final (3:54.11) and third in the 200 IM C-final (1:46.54)

2015-2016 (Freshman)
SEC Championships:
- Tallied 14 points for the first-place finishing Florida men
- Qualified for the C-final in a trio of races
- Picked up seven points off an 18th-place finish in the 400 IM (3:50.33)
- Totaled six points on a 19th-place finish in the 200 breast
- Capped his scoring effort at the conference meet with a 1:48.19 in the 200 IM to earn one point on a 24th-place finish
- Participated in all nine regular-season meets
- Posted season-best times at the All-Florida Invitational in both the 500 free (4:41.38) and 200 fly (2:01.91)
- Ended his season on a high note, clocking a season and career-best time in the 100 breast (55.28) at the Bulldog Invitational.
NATIONAL/INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION:
- Competed at the 2017 US Open Swimming Championships, qualifying for three A finals and one B final
- Kicked off his competition in the 200m breaststroke, finishing seventh in the championship final with a time of 2:15.08
- Finished eighth overall in the 400m IM, posting a time of 4:25.05
- Swam a 2:05.23 in the 200m IM en route to an eighth place finish in the A final
- Finished the 100m breaststroke B final with a time of 1:03.05
- Competed at the 2017 Phillips 66 National Championships
- Raced in the 50m, 100m and 200m Breaststroke
- Made the B Final in the 200m Breast, finishing with a time of 2:14.20, good for fifth in the final and 13th overall
- Posted a time of 28.83 in the 50m Breaststroke and a 1:03.28 in the 100m Breast
- Competed at the Irish Open Swimming Championships in 2015, racing in the 50m, 100m and 200m Breast, as well as the 200m Free and 400m IM
- Placed second in the 200m Breast with a time of 2:18.28 and finished third in the 100m Breast, posting a time of 1:04.18
- In the 50m Breast, he finished in seventh place with a 28.93
- Recorded a time of 1:53.71 in the 200m Free, good for ninth in the event and finished out the competition with a 13th place showing in the 400m IM (4:43.64)

Prior to Florida
- According to CollegeSwimming.com, Palazzo is the top-ranked recruit in the state of Ohio and is the No. 8 overall swimmer in Class of 2015
- In the pool, he is a four-time Ohio high school state champion (200 IM, 100 Breast), Nationally, Palazzo qualified for the 2016 U.S. Olympic Trials and is currently a member of the USA Junior National Team
- In 2013, he was a U.S. Open finalist and a World Championship finalist as well in multiple events
- His accolades continue outside of the pool, as he is a USA Swimming Academic All-American
