Overview

The 2020-21 season marked Toonders’ first season of collegiate competition.
Post player with great size who has shown to be a strong rebounder and to have a nice touch around the rim.

2021-22, Sophomore Season

SEC Winter Academic Honor Roll honoree
Competed in 29 games for the Orange & Blue, starting in 10 while averaging 12.9 minutes per game
Averaged 1.5 points and 3.0 rebounds per game
Scored a season-best eight points to go along with five rebounds against Auburn on Jan. 13
Pulled down seven rebounds twice during the year against Georgia (1/2) and in the NCAA Tournament against UCF (3/19)
Put together a six-point, six-rebound game against George Washington on Nov. 27
Played a season-best 30 minutes against Georgia on Jan. 2
Played 15 or more minutes in nine contests
Scored four points with five rebounds at Kentucky on Jan. 20

2020-21, Freshman Season

First-Year SEC Academic Honor Roll selection.
Finished rookie season averaging 3.7 points and 3.8 rebounds in 26 games played.
Started six contests, including both of UF’s WNIT matchups.
Saw 20 or more minutes in nine games.
Hauled in seven rebounds in Florida’s WNIT battle against Villanova (3/20/21).
Poured in season-best 16 points on 7-of-8 shooting against Georgia (2/28/21).
Logged season-best 28 minutes in Florida’s overtime win at LSU (2/11/21), making all four of her field goal attempts.
Collected season-best 13 rebounds in 19 minutes played against Missouri (1/28/21).
Made first career start on the road at No. 20 Tennessee (1/31/21).
Posted eight rebounds in the Gators’ contest at Georgia (1/10/21).
Scored three points and recorded two rebounds in collegiate debut vs. Grambling State (11/25/20).

Prep

Earned a four-star rank from Blue Star Europe.
Played for the Netherlands in the 2019 FIBA U18 Women’s European Championships, averaging 7.6 points, 5.8 rebounds in 24 minutes.
Also represented her home country in the FIBA 3x3 U18 Europe Cup
One of youngest players on her Division 3 Orange Lions squad in Holland, competing in one of the country's premier leagues.
Helped guide her U19 team to the EGBL Finals in 2019 and was named to the all-star team.

Father played basketball at a national level and her mother competed in gymnastics at a national level.
Has one brother and one sister.
Started playing basketball when she was eight years old.
EuroLeague forward Alba Torrens is one of her favorite basketball players.
Favorite food is chicken alfredo.
Brooklyn Nine-Nine is one of her favorite TV shows.
Her favorite Jordan shoe is the Jordan I.
Her dream job is to play professional basketball and to become a neuroscientist.
Grew up in Wageningen but moved to Amsterdam to play basketball when she was 14.
Dad was a basketball player and mom was a gymnast.
First time in the United States was for her official visits.
