AS A JUNIOR (1984) - Set the school vault record of 9.75 in triangular meet vs. Utah and Oregon State…third in 1984 SEC Championships vault competition (9.50)…sixth in 1984 NCAA Southeast Regional vault standings…member of Academic All-SEC Honor Roll. AS A SOPHOMORE (1983) – All-arounder in every meet of the season, turning in collegiate-best of 37.20 at both Penn State and Missouri dual meets…turned in season-bests of 9.55 (vault), 9.30 (bars), 9.20 (beam) and 9.45 (floor). AS A FRESHMAN (1982) – Earned All-America honors for the vault in 1982 AIAW National Championships competition. PRIOR TO FLORIDA - Three-time Iowa state high school gymnastics all-around champion…Four-time Iowa vault champ and twice beam and floor exercise. PERSONAL - Graduate of Ames Senior High School…member of UF President’s Honor Roll…majoring in psychology/physical therapy.
