Eric Storch, 30, begins his first full season in 2006 as volunteer Coach with the University of Florida soccer team, where he will serve as the goalkeeper coach.
During his collegiate soccer career at Binghamton University, Storch was a four-year varsity letter winner at the goalkeeper position. He was named to the State University of New York All-Athletic Conference Team as a senior, in addition to being a NSCAA College Scholar All-American. Storch graduated with a winning percentage of .684, goals against average of 0.90, and 10 career shutouts.
Storch received his bachelor’s degree in psychology from Binghamton University in 1997. He then received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University in 2003. He is currently an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry and Pediatrics at the University of Florida College of Medicine with interests in the treatment and assessment of childhood and adult anxiety disorders.
