At Florida
2015-16:
Set five personal-bests at the Ohio State Invitational, which includes top marks in the 200 Free (1:53.47), 500 Free (4:52.76), 100 Fly (55:57) and 200 Fly (1:59.51)… her top time in the 200-yard butterfly ranked third among the Florida women in 2016… swam her best time in the 100 Free (55.68) at the All-Florida Invitational on Sept. 18, the first meet of her Gator career… clocked a season-best 2:10.61 as an exhibitioner in the 200-yard IM against South Carolina on Nov. 6… participated in seven regular-season meets…
Prior to Florida:
According to CollegeSwimming.com, Spilman is the No. 17-ranked recruit in the state of Florida in the Class of 2015. In the pool, she finished fourth in the 100 butterfly at the Florida high school state meet in 2012 and 2013. For her efforts, she has also been named All-Pinellas County in 2011, 2012 and 2013. Nationally, Spilman competed at the 2012 U.S. Olympic Trials in the 200 butterfly and she has been a Junior National and National qualifier. Outside of the water, Spilman was named a USA Swimming Scholastic All-American.
