GAINESVILLE, Fla. - The No. 18 University of Florida women's tennis team continues its SEC home stand with a pair of tough opponents at the Ring Tennis Complex this week. First up, the No. 19-ranked University of Kentucky Wildcats take on the Gators on Thursday night. First serve is at 5 p.m.
Florida is 2-0 in SEC play this season with wins over No. 35 Arkansas and No. 57 Missouri last weekend. The Gators have been led by their doubles play, where they have not dropped a doubles point in the 2016 dual match campaign. UF currently has six singles players and four doubles pairing in the ITA individual rankings of March 8.
Up next, the Orange and Blue will take on the Vanderbilt Commodores on Saturday afternoon at the Ring Tennis Complex. The Commodores ended the Gators' 2015 season in the NCAA quarterfinals on their way to the 2015 National Championship. First serve is set for 1 p.m. on Saturday.

After dropping the doubles point to the Wildcats and weather forcing competition indoors on April 4, 2015 in Lexington, the Gators grabbed four singles victories from Austin, Kuhlman, Keegan and Morgan to secure the 4-1 win.
