Numerous events at Tyson Invitational will feature a handful of competitors ranked in the top 10 nationally

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Florida's track and field program, once again ranked No. 1 on the men's side and No. 5 on the women's side of the USTFCCCA National Team Rankings, makes a final pre-conference championships push for NCAA Indoor qualifying marks at both the Tyson Invitational and Iowa State Classic this weekend (Feb. 10-11).

Nearly all the Gators will be competing at the Tyson Invitational, while a small contingent of distance runners will take part in the Iowa State Classic.

Several events at Tyson will feature the nation's top-ranked competitors, especially in the 60-meter hurdles, jumps events, and 4x400 relays.

Here is a look at the Gators ranked in the top 10 nationally in an event they will compete in this weekend:

Andres Arroyo -- 800 meters (5th)
KeAndre Bates – Long jump (4th), triple jump (t-1st)
Clayton Brown – High jump (1st)
Lloydricia Cameron – Shot put (6th)
Yanis David – Triple jump (3rd)
Grant Holloway – 60-meter hurdles (t-2nd), long jump (1st)
Darrielle McQueen – Long jump (t-8th)
Men's 4x400 Relay – 9th
