2002-03 AT NORTH FLORIDA C.C.: Named a junior college All-American in 2003… Fell just short of winning the Florida junior college triple crown in 2003 as he was named the North Florida C.C. MVP … This past year at North Florida he batted .407 (64-of-157) with 18 homers and 61 RBI … He also had 18 doubles, one triple, eight stolen bases and a .878 slugging percentage … Earned all-state first-team junior college honors and also was a Panhandle Conference first-team selection … As a freshman at the school he was a second-team All-Panhandle Conference selection.
