GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The University of Florida men's tennis team is back in action on Friday when they travel to Starkville, Miss. to take on the Mississippi State Bulldogs. The match against MSU is scheduled for Friday at 4 p.m. eastern time.
Gator Notes
• Florida is 7-4 overall and 2-0 in the SEC with a road record of 1-1
• The Gators enter the match against MSU on a two-match winning streak
• This is the first time since 2011 that Florida has started 2-0 in conference play. That year they started 4-0 in conference play
• Ingildsen has had a strong start to the season in singles with a 7-2 record this season. In doubles, he is 3-1 when playing at the No. 1 spot
• Oliver Crawford leads the team in doubles wins with eight. On the year he is 8-3 in doubles
• Alfredo Perez is 2-0 in doubles against opponents who are nationally ranked

Crawford has put together a solid freshman campaign this season. He has compiled a 5-3 record in dual matches including a 4-2 record at No. 4 singles. In doubles, he is 8-3 this season with a 5-1 record at No. 3 doubles and a 3-2 record at the No. 2 position.
Scouting Mississippi State
• Mississippi State enters the match with a 7-1 record including a 1-0 record in conference play
• MSU is ranked 27th in the ITA Rankings
• They have won three straight matches
• When playing at home this season the Bulldogs are 5-0
• Their one SEC win is against Auburn, 6-1
• Their lone loss of the year was against Oklahoma State in Stillwater, Okla. 4-1
