Why UF?
Although I am from Illinois, I grew up a Gators fan as both of my parents attended the University of Florida. I always knew I wanted to go out of state for college, at a university where I could find great academics and the ability to audition for a dance team. The University of Florida checked every box for me, having a fantastic program for my academic interests and an amazing dance team. Making the Dazzlers has been a dream come true.What movie character do you relate to and why?
A movie character I relate to is Tiana from The Princess and the Frog. She is hardworking and determined to achieve her goals. She inspires those around her by leading with action, not just words. She also has moments of humor that make her approachable and relatable. Through the challenges she faces, Tiana shows resilience and learns the importance of supportive relationships and balance, not just hard work, to truly achieve her dreams.What legacy do you hope to leave for future Dazzlers?
The legacy I hope to leave for future Dazzlers is the importance of having a team with diverse backgrounds. Having a group of girls with a variety of dance training, hometowns, personalities, and professional goals is what makes us The Dazzlers!
