AS A SOPHOMORE (1984) - Competed on vault, bars and beam during 1984 season…turned in collegiate-best vault mark of 9.20 vs. Utah State…at Utah triangular, posted collegiate-best beam score of 8.90...Academic All-Southeastern Conference Honor Roll selection. AS A FRESHMAN (1983) – Posted collegiate-best uneven bars score of 9.30 in the NCAA Southeast Regional…turned in only all-around performance in the season opener vs. Michigan State (33.85)…part of every bars lineup but two in 1983 and competed six times as a vaulter. PRIOR TO FLORIDA - 1982 state champion in all four events and all-around at Georgia USGF Class 1 of the Region VIII Senior National Team…contributed to the fourth place finish of the Atlanta School of Gymnastics team at the ’82 USAIGC Nationals…won all-around title at AAU Regionals in 1976 and placed seventh at AAU Nationals that same year.
